• Population Science / Outcomes Research
• Clinical Trials and Translational Research
  
• Preclinical Biomarkers and Laboratory Research
  

ABSTRACTS

DUE: Friday 8/28/15 by 5pm PST to linda.eng@ucsf.edu

EVERY PROSTATE CANCER PROGRAM MEMBER, whether faculty, post doc, fellow, or resident are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract and present a poster summarizing their work. If there are post-docs, fellows, residents working in your area, please ask them to submit an abstract as well!

Abstract and Poster Guidelines

• No limit on number of abstracts submitted by each individual.
• Recently presented abstracts are acceptable.
• Posters should be prepared for each abstract. These do not have to be expensive posters: previously used posters, or posters made from individual single sheet figures are fine.
• Can be for work in progress, even if there are no or limited results.
• Awards for best abstracts/posters will be presented!
• The size of your poster must not be larger than 47 inches high and 95 inches wide. This is the size of the poster board.

Abstract Submission Format

• Describe the objectives and results of the research in the abstract in four sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
• Do not include illustrations in the abstract.
• The space limit for the entire abstract is one page.
